Perusal of the record reveals that this Writ Petition (Cr.) has been filed with a prayer for quashing the part of the decision of the State Sentence Review Board whereby and wherein the claim of premature release of the petitioner was rejected wherein the petitioner was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 396 as well as 397 of the Indian Penal Code which has been upheld by the Division Bench of this Court. Since the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal No.165 of 2006 was authored by the Justice Anil Kumar Choudhary, hence, this writ petition be placed before some other Bench.

Registry is directed to place the matter before Hon'ble the Chief Justice to consider listing of this Writ Petition (Cr.) before some other Bench.
