02/22.12.2025 The matter relates to Complaint Case No.1257/2024, pending in the

Court of the learned A.C.J.M. cum Civil Judge, Senior Division-I at Tenughat,

Bokaro.

2. The matter is arising out of complaint case and in view of that, the

petitioner is directed to move before the learned Court by way of filing a

petition on the strength of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme

Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of

Investigation & another, reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the

petitioner to move before the learned Court.
