The matter has been taken up before National Lok Adalat. Mr. Vishal Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant, and Mr. Manoj Kumar Dash and Ms. Kumari Rashmi, learned counsel for the opposite parties are present.

The instant acquittal appeal is preferred against the judgment and order of acquittal passed under Section 138 of N.I. Act passed by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Ranchi in Complaint Case No. 454 of 2019.

The matter was referred for settlement before Mediation Centre and as per mediation report, it is successful.

In terms of settlement, the instant acquittal appeal is finally disposed of.
