th 05/Dated:12 December, 2025 Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the guardian of Victim girl-X as Respondent No.2 in course of the day by red ink.

2. Learned APP is directed to get served notice of this Criminal Appeal upon the guardian of the Victim Girl-X through the Superintendent of Police, Latehar in the light of judgment reported in (2019) 2 SCC 703 (Nipun Saxena and Anr. vs. Union of India) and shall file affidavit with regard to service of notice.

3. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court Records along with the statement of Victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and the Medical Report of the Victim girl as well as Social Investigation Report of the appellant along with D.N.A report.

4. Put up this case after five weeks.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent by FAX to the office of Superintendent of Police, Latehar and be also handed over to the learned APP for the needful.
