1. Md. Razaullah Ansari, learned counsel has submitted that

the appeal has been preferred against the judgment of

conviction which is in question in the present Criminal

Revision, as such, he waives notice on behalf of the

opposite party no.2.

2. Mr. Ansari after waiving notice has sought for adjournment

to list this matter in the next week.

3. Mr. Awnish Shankar, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner in Criminal Revision No. 1402 of 2023 has

undertaken to supply the copy of the memo of revision by

25.08.2025.

4. Mr. Ansari has submitted that in Cr. Appeal (S.J) No. 723

of 2023, he is appearing for the appellant, but his name is

being reflected in the side of the respondent.

5. Office is to see and rectify the same.

6. He has undertaken to file Vakalatnama by 26.08.2025.

7. Accordingly, let these matters be listed on 04th September,

2025.
