02/21.08.2025 After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty

to move before the learned court on the strength of the judgment

of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil

Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in

(2022) 10 SCC 51.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no

objection.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
