06/18.08.2025 The matter relates to Domchanch P.S. Case No.95 of 2023, pending in

the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Koderma.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the

learned Court in light of the judgment passed in the case of Satender

Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported

in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.

5. If any petition is filed by the petitioner, the learned Court will decide

the same in accordance with law without prejudiced to this order.
