05/11.08.2025:     The issue which is raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is

covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed in LPA No. 143 of 2024.

The issue is whether individual notice has to be given to each of the candidate during counseling. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 143 of 2024 has held that it is not necessary to give individual notice to any one.

Considering the aforesaid fact, since this case is covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court passed in LPA No. 143 of 2024, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

However, if in Special Leave Petition, other view is taken, the case of the petitioner will be covered by the judgment of the S.L.P. In that view, the petitioner will file appropriate representation before the Director, JSSC and the Director, Secondary Education, who will take appropriate decision considering the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
