2. The office has pointed out that in the judgment delivered on

17th July, 2025, inadvertently 'Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 281 of

1998(R)' has been typed in place of 'Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 281

of 1998(R)'.

3. Considering the typographical error, as shown above, the

same is modified by replacing ''Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 281 of

1998(R)' to ''Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 281 of 1998(R)'. Rest of the

order dated 17th July, 2025 shall remain intact.

4. Accordingly, order dated 17th July, 2025 is modified to the

extent, as indicated hereinabove.
