Perusal of the record reveals that all the three criminal miscellaneous petitions were disposed of vide common judgment dated 30.06.2025 but due to an apparent printing error, in para-10 of the said judgment, the complaint case number has been mentioned as 'Complaint Case No. 1908 of 2018 instead of the correct complaint case number being 'Complaint Case No. 1980 of 2018.

Therefore, it is ordered that the complaint case number appearing in para -10 of the said judgment dated 30.06.2025 be read of 'Complaint Case No. 1980 of 2018' instead of the incorrect complaint case number being 'Complaint Case No. 1908 of 2018.

The common judgment dated 30.06.2025, passed in these three criminal miscellaneous petitions is modified to the aforesaid extent; and this order be treated as part of the said judgment dated 30.06.2025.
