1. The petitioner, along with her counsel, and the respondent no. 1, along with his counsel, are present before this Court..

2. After having interaction with petitioner and respondent no. 1, it appears that there is possibility of settlement between them.

3. This matter arises out of probate proceeding qua Will dated 23.09.1996 in which probate was granted by the learned Principal District Judge, Deoghar in Probate Case No. 04 of 2003 vide judgment dated 31.03.2018. Petitioner is one of the beneficiaries and respondent no. 1 is executor of the aforesaid said Will.

4. As both the sides are ready and willing to sit and sort out the matter, they are directed to appear before Member Secretary, JHALSA on 07th August, 2025 at 11:30 A.M.

5. Learned Member Secretary, JHALSA is directed to depute Mediator on the same day and the Mediator shall make endeavour to start mediation on the same day itself.

6. After having interaction with respondent no. 1, it appears that other beneficiaries of the Will dated 23.09.1996 may also be required in the process of mediation.

7. If Learned Mediator feels presence of other beneficiary of the aforesaid Will is necessary for mediation, then learned Mediatior through Member Secretary, JHALSA send notice to them and procure their

presence in the mediation proceeding either through physical or virtual mode.

8. Let this matter be posted on 10th September, 2025.

9. Learned Member Secretary, JHALSA is directed to send status report of mediation on or before 10th September, 2025

10. Let a copy of this order be sent to Member Secretary, JHALSA immediately.
