Heard the parties.

2. This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been

preferred by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection

with Simariya P.S. Case No.194 of 2024, for offences under

Sections 223, 271, 281 and 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,

2023. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned

A.C.J.M., Chatra.

3. Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the

prayer for anticipatory bail.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that while driving

a vehicle, he entered into a "No Entry" zone despite the direction

which was issued.

5. The petitioner claims that he has appeared before the

Investigating Officer after receipt of Notice under Section 35(3) of

the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, and got his

statement recorded.

6. If that be so, this Court fails to understand where is the

apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Thus, the petitioner is

directed to surrender before the Trial Court and pray for regular

bail, which will be considered as per the judgments of the Hon'ble

Supreme Court, on this issue.

7. Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands

disposed of.
