NO.36 OF 2021 has been wrongly typed as Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.36 of 2201 and name of appellant - PARDESIYA NAGESIA @ MUKESH NAGESIA in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.941 of 2017 has been wrongly typed as Parsdesiya Nagesia @ Mukesh Nagesia.

3. Considering the typographical errors, which need to be corrected, in judgment dated 27.09.2024, the number of the Criminal Appeal be read as CRIMINAL APPEAL (D.B.) NO.36 OF 2021 and the name of the appellant in Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No.941 of 2017 be read as 'PARDESIYA NAGESIA @ MUKESH NAGESIA'.
