07/24.10.2024      It appears from the Order dated 06.06.2022,

passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court that Mr. P.C. Sinha, learned counsel prayed to file fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant, however, till date Vakalatnama has not been filed on behalf of the appellant.

2. Under the circumstances, Office is directed to issue Notice upon the appellant vide Speed Post with A/D.

3. Put up this case on 16th December, 2024.

4. In the meantime, learned A.P.P. is directed to serve the Notice upon the Victim lady 'X' in the light of judgment passed in "Nipun Saxena and another v. Union of India and others" reported in (2019) 2 Supreme Court Cases 703 through Superintendent of Police, Giridih. The Superintendent of Police, Giridih is also directed to serve Notice upon the Victim lady through the concerned Police Station and shall submit his report on or before this Court on 9th December, 2024.

5. Put up this case on 16th December, 2024.

6. Let a copy of this order be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for the needful.
