1) The issue in this suo motu writ petition is covered by the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed on 13.11.2024 in W.P. (C) No. 295 of 2022 wherein, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has laid down certain guidelines and issued certain directions in the matter of demolition of structures in the country.

2) Therefore, in view of the said judgment, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this case. This writ petition is accordingly closed.

3) The claim of the intervenor is left open and liberty is granted to file a fresh writ petition seeking compensation, if the allegation about illegal demolition is proved by him in the said writ petition.
