04/ 06.05.2024 The matter relates to Bengabad P.S. Case No. 172 of 2023 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 50 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Giridih.
2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing the regular bail on the strength of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Versus Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr., reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.
3. Learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
