This Letters Patent Appeal is primarily premised on the ground that the writ Court is not denuded of its powers to interfere with the order of punishment which apparently was passed in breach of natural justice.

2. Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, the learned counsel for the appellant refers to 'Whirlpool Corporation Vrs. Registrar of Trade Marks, Mumbai' reported in (1998) 8 SCC 1 and other judgments to challenge the decision of the writ Court not to interfere in W.P.(S) No. 5840 of 2023.

3. Ms. Apoorva Singh, the learned A.C to Sr. S.C.-III waives notice on behalf of the State.

4. Post this case on 16th May 2024.

5. In the meantime, a response to the grounds raised by the appellant before the writ Court and in the present proceeding may be filed.
