Order No. 07/ Dated: 22.01.2024 Although the case was reserved for judgment , but the informant has not been made as party in this Appeal .

Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to implead the informant as resspondent No. 2 in this case in course of day .

Issue notice upon the newly added the respondent No. 2 by both the process registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today , failing which the case shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

Put up this case on 07.03.2024.

In the meantime, learned A.P.P. is directed to get serve notice of this Appeal upon the informant through the Officer In-charge of the concerned Police Station , District- Jamshedpur.

Let a copy of this order to be handed over to the learned A.P.P. for the needful.
