2/13.02.2024 This petition relates to Telco P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023,

pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.

2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to

move before the learned court by way of filing appropriate petition on the

strength of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case

of Satender Kumar Antil v. Central Bureau of Investigation, (2022)

10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent State has got no

objection for the same.

4. This petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of

with the aforesaid liberty.
