1. The defect Nos.9(i) and 9(v), which are in regard to the not filing the typed copy of Annexure No.1. Though, this document medical report, Annexure No.1 is not legible yet learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this document has been filed by him for the first time in this Criminal Revision and the same has no bearing in deciding the legality and propriety of the impugned judgment awarding the maintenance amount.
2. In view of the submissions made, the defects as indicated by the office is ignored.
3. Let notice be issued to the opposite party No.2 under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process, for which, requisites etc. must be filed by the petitioner within one week.
4. List this case on 22.03.2024.
