                   No one has appeared.
                   This contempt case was filed on 5th April 2021 and as the
proceeding in this case would reflect the petitioner seems to be not
interested in prosecuting this case. On 8th July 2021, when the matter was
listed before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) and on 7th October 2021 when
this matter was listed before the learned Registrar General no one appeared
for the petitioner.
                   The petitioner is aggrieved by non-compliance of the order
dated 27th February 2018 passed in W.P.(Criminal) No. 325 of 2017. It is
revealed that the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos. 5 to

8 who were convicted by the trial court under section 326 read with section 36 of the Indian Penal Code and their appeal filed against the judgment of conviction was dismissed as yet not been arrested.

Apparently the present contempt case is misconceived and is dismissed as such.
