05/05.02.2024 The matter relates to Puso P.S. Case No.30/2023, pending in the

Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned

Court by filing appropriate petition on the strength of the judgment passed

by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil v.

Central Bureau of Investigation and another , reported in (2022) 10

SCC 51.

3. Prayer is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.
