2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail on the strength of judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. Reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.

3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
