Learned A.P.P is directed to get the notice served upon the informant-

victim through the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Garhwa in the light of the

judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Nipun

Saxena & Anr. Vs. Union of India reported in 2019 (2) SCC 703.

The fact regarding service of notice upon the informant-victim shall be

brought on record by filing a supplementary affidavit before the next date of

listing.
