Mr. Arwind Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the judgment of acquittal rendered by the trial Court in connection with Markacho PS Case No. 50 of 2014 corresponding to GR No. 336 of 2014 the petitioner has now been acquitted.

2. Mrs. Vandana Bharti, the learned APP tenders a copy of the letter dated 06th October 2023 received by her from the Officer-in-Charge of Markacho PS.

4. Mrs. Vandana Bharti, the learned APP affirms that now Pappu Yadav @ Pappu Deo Yadav stands acquitted in Markacho PS Case No. 50 of 2014 corresponding to GR. No. 336 of 2014.

5. Cr. MP No. 2549 of 2018 is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.

6. Consequently, B.A. No. 4223 of 2014 also stands dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
