2. In spite of order dated 16.03.2023, the counter-affidavit has not been filed in the present case. From perusal of order dated 16.03.2023, it appears that the time was allowed by way of last indulgence. However, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has received instruction to file counter-affidavit and the same will be filed latest by 19.05.2023.

3. Time for filing counter-affidavit is extended till 19.05.2023 subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority.

4. Rejoinder to the counter-affidavit be filed by 03.07.2023.

5. Post this case on 12.07.2023.

6. The parties are directed to file their synopsis of arguments, list of dates and the judgments on which they seek to rely upon latest by 10.06.2023.
