th Order No.06/ Dated: 5 May 2023 Mr. Pankaj Kumar, the learned Public Prosecutor appears for the State of Jharkhand.

Mr. B.M. Tripathi, the learned senior counsel , assisted by Mr. Naveen Kumar Jaiswal, the learned assisting counsel, appears for the convicts.

In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in "Manoj v. State of M.P" (2023) 2 SCC 353, we direct the State of Jharkhand to place before us the report of the Probation Officer relating to the convicts. We also direct the District & Sessions Judge, Koderma to place the psychiatric and psychological evaluation report of the convicts from a trained Psychiatrist or a Professor of Psychology, if possible to obtain from Sadar Hospital, Koderma.

Post these matters on 19th May 2023 to be listed at the top of the list.
