Heard, learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha. Learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha has submitted, that appellants have preferred this Miscellaneous Appeal for setting aside the order dated 23.03.2018, passed by learned learned District Judge-I, Koderma in Revocation Case No.08 of 2017 whereby petition for revocation and re-admission of the Title Appeal No.62 of 1999 preferred by the appellants, has been rejected.

Learned counsel for the appellants, Mr. Amar Kumar Sinha has referred the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satpal Singh vs. Chunni Lal (Dead) through LHS reported in 2009 (3) JCR 62 SC and the case of Arun Singh Modak vs. Kalu Singh Modak and Others reported in 2011 (3) JCR 3 (Jhr) and has submitted, that on the ground of limitation, substantial justice cannot be denied, as such, Revocation Case No.08 of 2017 may be allowed and Title Appeal No.62 of 1999 may be restored to its original file.

Considering such submission, let notice be issued upon the respondent nos.1 to 22 through speed post, for which, requisites etc. must be filed by 12.05.2023.
