The present Criminal Revision Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner by challenging the judgment dated 13.07.2022 passed by Mr. Rajeev Anand, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Latehar in Original Maintenance Case No.35/2021, whereby and where under, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court has been pleased to allow the application filed by the Opposite Party for maintenance and thereby, directed the petitioner to pay monthly maintenance allowance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party which is payable by 10th day of each month from the month of August, 2022.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of the records of this case, it appears that notice is required to be sent.

Let notice be issued upon the Opposite Party No.2 by both process i.e, registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary process on her present and correct address, for which requisites etc., must be filed within a period of one week.

Accordingly, put up this case after three weeks.
