I.A. No. 754 of 2023 I.A. No. 754 of 2023 has been filed by the appellant for condoning the delay of 266 days in preferring the instant Letters Patent Appeal, in which, the appellant has challenged the judgment dated 22.02.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(S) No. 3225 of 2016.

There is no objection from the respondents. In that view of the matter, the delay of 266 days in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal is hereby condoned.

I.A. No. 754 of 2023 stands disposed of. L.P.A. No. 658 of 2022 As prayed for, two weeks' time is allowed to remove the defect No. 9 as pointed out by the Registry.

If the defect is removed within two weeks, list this case on 3rd April 2023.
