Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

Learned counsel Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that now he has become the State counsel as Special P.P. and therefore, he is not in a position to assist this Court on behalf of the petitioner. Further it is also submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, Mr. S.K.Srivastava, is directed to take steps for the service of notice to the petitioner through the concerned police station and to submit a report to that effect.

In the meantime, let the present status of the case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of this case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
