Order No.04/ Dated: 10th January 2023 Heard Mr. A.K. Sinha, the learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. Raunak Sahay, the learned counsel on behalf of the writ petitioners in all these matters.

Mr. A.K. Sinha, the learned senior counsel, tenders a copy of the letter dated 26th November 2021 which reflects that an amount of Rs.1,89,76,09,000/- on account of arrears of salary for the teachers has already been sanctioned by the Director, Higher Education.

Taken on record.

Mr. Raunak Sahay, the learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the private respondent No.1 in LPA No.357 of 2022, the private respondent No.1 in LPA No.358 of 2022, the private respondent Nos.1 to 3 in LPA No.359 of 2022 and the private respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in LPA No.360 of 2022.

Mr. P.A.S. Pati, the learned GA-II brings to our notice an order passed in LPA No.245 of 2022.

Post these matters along with LPA No. 245 of 2022 on 12 th January 2023 under the heading "Final Disposal".

On instructions from his assisting counsel, Mr. A.K. Sinha, the learned senior counsel, makes a statement in the Court that the private respondents in all these Letters Patent Appeals do not intend to file any counter-affidavit except relying on the pleadings before the writ Court.

It is expected that the learned counsels appearing for the parties shall prepare a compilation of judgments, if any.
