1. Learned counsel for the parties are present.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment. He submits that this matter has to be argued by Mr. Rajendra Krishna, Advocate.

3. From perusal of order dated 15.09.2008 passed in W.P. (C) No. 2018/2007, it appears that altogether three cases were directed to be listed before this Court i.e., W.P. (C) No. 2033/2007, W.P. (C) No. 2018/2007 and W.P. (C) No. 6400/2006. It has been reported by the learned Court Master that W.P. (C) No. 2033/2007 has already been disposed of as per computer enquiry.

4. Office is directed to place the order passed in W.P. (C) No. 2033/2007 in this record. Office is also directed to find out if any appeal has been filed against the final order passed in W.P. (C) No. 2033/2007 and also its final outcome.

5. Since the learned counsel for the petitioners is praying for adjournment, the matters are adjourned and are directed to be posted on 02.02.2023.

6. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to prepare short synopsis of these cases, list of dates and also furnish a copy of the judgments which they seek to rely upon latest by 31.01.2023.
