The impugned judgment was pronounced on 13.01.2022. Thus,
there is no delay in preferring this Letters Patent Appeal as it is
covered by the order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in suo motu
Writ Petition (C) No.03 of 2020.
Hence, I.A. No. 5656 of 2022 filed for condonation of delay of
03 days is disposed of as infructuous.
Issue notice to respondents on the question of admission.
Learned counsel for the State accepts notice on behalf of
respondent Nos.1 and 2. Hence, notice will go only to respondent
Nos.3 to 6, for which, requisites, etc under registered cover with A/D
as also ordinary process must be filed within 07 days, returnable
within four weeks.
Similar matters are also running for hearing before this Court.
Hence, this matter be listed for final disposal along with L.P.A. No. 41
of 2022 and analogous cases on 31.03.2023.
