Learned counsel for the appellants submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer to waive filing the certified copy of the judgment dated 06.08.2018 passed by the 1st Additional Judicial Commissioner-cum-Tribunal under the Coal Bearing Areas (A&D) Act, 1957. It is next submitted that out of the common judgment and award passed by the Additional Judicial Commissioner-I-cum-Tribunal under the Coal Bearing Areas (A&D) Act, Ranchi dated 06.08.2018, M.A. No.325 of 2019 is also been preferred in respect of Reference Case No.4 of 2000 whereas the present appeal has been filed in respect of Reference Case No.20 of 2000. It is next submitted that the appellant has already filed the said judgment dated 06.08.2018 in M.A.325 of 2019 and in this appeal also the photocopy of the said judgment has been filed. Hence, it is submitted that the appellant be waived from filing the certified copy of the said judgment in this appeal.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the prayer to waive the appellant from filing the certified copy of the said judgment dated 06.08.2018 is allowed.

This interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
