Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that one of the petitioners has died and therefore, seeks adjournment to seek instruction from the parties.

In view of the aforesaid submission let this case be adjourned. In the meantime, since this case is pending for a long period of time, let the present status of the case be called for from the concerned Court regarding the status of this case in the light of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Ltd. & Another Versus C.B.I. reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

The report must be received within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
