Ms. Amrita Banerjee, learned Amicus Curiae
appearing for the appellant has shown her difficulty in
assisting the Court since paper book, which has been
supplied to her, is not legible. Therefore, she submits that
legible copy of paper book may be directed to be supplied to
her.
We have perused the record and found therefrom
that typed copy of impugned judgment and testimony of
witnesses is available on record.
In view thereof, office is directed to supply the paper
book containing typed copy of impugned judgment and
testimony as is available on record to Ms. Amrita Banerjee,
learned Amicus Curiae forthwith.
Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P has submitted that
now he has been assigned to represent the State in this
appeal but he has no brief of the case. Therefore, he has
requested for supply of paper book.
In view of such submission, let a legible copy of
paper book be supplied to the learned A.P.P. forthwith.
Let the name of Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P. be
reflected in the daily cause list henceforth.
