Order No. 07: Dated: 06th February, 2023 Heard, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned Addl.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2.

It is jointly submitted that let once again the matter be referred to the Mediation Center, JHALSA, Ranchi, in order to explore the possibilities of resolving the dispute between the parties.

Accordingly, this case is referred to the Mediation Center, JHALSA, Ranchi with a direction to the Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi to appoint a good mediator and try to resolve the dispute between the parties taking into consideration that marriage between the parties took place as far back as in the year, 1995.

Let this case be posted at the Mediation Center, JHALSA, Ranchi on 28th February, 2023 at 11 A.M.

Let this case be listed after the report of the Mediation Center, JHALSA, Ranchi.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Member Secretary, Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi.

In the meantime, order of this Court dated 27.09.2022 that petitioner will continue to make the payment of 50% of the current maintenance amount as awarded by the learned court below shall

remain in force as per the manner and mode as directed by this Court and then, the stay of the operation of the impugned order/judgment shall continue.
