05/03.02.2023 It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that order
of this Court has not been complied with till date. Bringing into the notice of this Court, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that this order was based on the judgment passed in W.P.(S). No. 2767 of 2022, disposed of on 23.08.2022, in which the order of the Court has been fully complied with. However, just to frustrate the petitioners of the instant case, the opposite parties have preferred LPA.
Under such circumstances, list this case on 17.02.2023, under the heading "For Admission".
Let it be made clear that if the order of this Court is not complied with before the next date of hearing, the opposite party No. 2, the Director (Secondary Education), School Education & Literacy Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, Ranchi, shall remain physically present in the Court on the next date of hearing, to explain as to why not a contempt proceeding be initiated against him for wilfully and deliberately flouting the Court's order.
