3/ 01.02.2023 The petitioner is claiming appointment on the post of Headmaster.
Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was declared successful in the written test and his name finds place in the merit list, but yet he has not been selected on the ground that he has not completed ten years of service as per the requirement of the Rules. He further submits that no consideration has been shown to the experience, as the petitioner was earlier working in the said school by way of adhoc arrangements.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar, learned SC-II representing the State as well as Mr. Sanjay Piprawall, learned counsel for the JPSC submit that the issue has already been decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 301 of 2009 and other analogous matters. They further submit that the petitioner is not entitled for appointment as his name was never in the second merit list, which was taken into consideration for appointment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to go through the aforesaid judgment Put up this case after two weeks.
