Order No.04 /Dated: 30 August, 2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. No one appears on behalf of the opposite party No.2. This Criminal Revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 16.03.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Deoghar in Original Maintenance Case No.41 of 2022, whereby the application filed under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for maintenance was allowed and the opposite party No.2 was directed to pay Rs.2500/- per month to the petitioner and Rs.1000/- per month to the petitioner No.2.

Admit.

Let notice be issued to the opposite party No.2 under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which, requisites etc. must be filed by the petitioner within one week.
