09/ 21.08.2023 In pursuance to the order dated 03.01.2023, the petitioner was directed to bring on record the certified copy of the judgment passed in S.T. No. 398 of 2009 but the same has not been brought on record as yet.

It appears that almost eight months have passed but the petitioner is not complying the Court's order.
