09/18.08.2023 Petitioner is an accused in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No.91 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.1390 of 2017, (S.T. No.403 of 2017) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337, 338, 114, 302, 386, 341, 342, 326/34 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jamshedpur.
Heard the parties.
It has been submitted that all the witnesses have been examined and trial was pending on the pretext that the FSL Report was not submitted.
Learned A.P.P submits that FSL Report has already been submitted on 27.06.2023 before the trial court.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner stands rejected as the trial is at the verge of conclusion.
I direct, the trial court to conclude the trial by passing the judgment within three months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
Both the parties are expected to cooperate in the trial.
