04/ 17.08.2023 I.A.No. 5021 of 2023 The instant Interlocutory Application is for condonation of

delay of 92 days. The cause of delay is shown that the petitioner

was not communicated in regard to the order passed by the

court-below and he could not arrange the money to prefer this

Cr. Revision against the impugned order.

2. The ground shown is found sufficient.

3. Accordingly, delay in preferring the appeal is hereby

condoned.

4. The I.A.No.5021 of 2023 stands disposed of.

Cr. Rev. No. 461 of 2023

This Cr. Revision has been preferred against the Judgment

dated 08.10.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Latehar in Original Maintenance Case No. 37 of 2021 whereby

the petitioner has been directed to pay the amount of

maintenance Rs.2000/- per month to the O.P.No.2.

2. Notice be issued to the O.P.No.2.

3. Requisites for same be filed within seven days under

registered post with A/D and simple procedure as well.

4. Scanned copy of record of learned trial court be called for.

5. List on 21.09.2023.
