1. The present criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment dated 18th May, 2023 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Additional Family Court, Bermo at Tenughat in Original Maintenance Case No.43 of 2020 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., whereby and whereunder the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.3,000/-per month to Opposite Party No.2 and Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.3 as maintenance amount from the date of filing of the application.

2. Admit.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of one week.

4. List this case on 4th September, 2023.
