16/09.08.2023 Ms. Aditee Dongrawat, A.C. to Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that in compliance of order dated 10.07.2023, she has procured original Form-B register relating to the petitioner to be produced before this Court.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will cite certain judgments in support of his submission. He, accordingly, prays for two weeks' time for the said purpose.

Considering the said prayer, put up this case under the same heading on 29.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents shall produce the original Form-B register on the next date.
