The instant Interlocutory Application is under
Section 159 of High Court Rules wherein the exemption is
sought to surrender.
The grounds given in this I.A. are found sufficient.
Accordingly, the I.A.No. 5695 of 2022 is hereby allowed.
Cr. Revision No. 562 of 2022 This Cr. Revision has been preferred on behalf of the
petitioners against the Judgment dated 25.05.2022 passed by
the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar in Cr. Appeal No. 04
of 2015 whereby the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Deoghar
had allowed the appeal partly holding guilty Respondent No. 2
to 4 for charge under Section 498-A of I.P.C. convicted and
sentenced by setting aside the Judgment dated 05.03.2014
passed by trial court who had acquitted the Respondent No. 2
to 4.
