1. This criminal revision has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner against the judgment dated 20th April, 2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi in Original Maintenance Case No.241 of 2017, whereby and whereunder the application filed by the Opposite Party - Sangita Toppo under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was allowed and the petitioner has been directed to pay the maintenance amount of Rs.15,000/- per month from the date of filing of this application i.e., 30th October, 2017.

2. Admit.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party - Sangita Toppo under registered cover with A/D as well as by ordinary process for which requisites etc. must be filed within a period of one week.

4. Office is directed to call for the scanned copy of Lower Court Records from the court concerned.

5. List this case on 30th August, 2023.
