Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not put reliance on judgment dated 20th December, 2008 passed by the learned Sub Judge-II-cum-L.A. Judge, Dhanbad in L.A. Ref. Case nos.104, 106, 107, 130, 131 & 132 of 1985 while pressing the present writ petition.

Considering the said submission, defect no.6, as pointed out by the office, is ignored.

So far as remaining defects are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed time till 11th November, 2022 for removing the same, failing which the writ petition shall stand rejected without further reference to the Bench.
