Due to mistake on the part of the P.A concerned, the interim order was not mentioned on 05.09.2022, although it has been mentioned in the order dated 27.09.2022 passed by this Court.

Despite issuance of the notice in the light of the order dated 05.09.2022 passed by this Court, the O.P No.2 has not appeared as yet.

Accordingly, put up this case on 19.12.2022, for awaiting the appearance of the O.P No.2, by way of last chance.

Till then, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 04.08.2022 passed in Criminal Appeal No.77 of 2022 by Mr. Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, learned Special Judge, Children (P.O Children Court) at Dhanbad or his Successor Court shall remain stayed.
